Republican with TWO suits in Lubbock.

Honorable Judge Brad Underwood

The Honorable Brad Underwood(R) is now target of TWO suits(federal and state)filed in courts. Elizabeth Overstreet(former county employee)failed to get acceptable arbitration on her departure from county payroll.

It appears that county workers(Underwood,Oversteet and Leroy Morrison-bailiff) were touching each other and somebody was not interested in being touched.

DON'T BE TOUCHIN' ME!!!

Lubbock County Commissioners(mostly republicans) may need a "Do Not Touch County Employee" regulation in the reg book so fewer suits will be filed.

These 3 county workers must have never played "Touch Football".
